Goal: Paint a realistic mural of the Geercrest Farm for visitors to use as a map of the property. This map will include: all buildings, orchards, farm areas, historical points and marked trees, Jim mowing the grass, sheep, the lazy dog, ducks, and all other points of interest. The mural will be 70”x48” made to fit the existing display area. I am going to design the board so that it can be easily removed during times of extreme storm or coldness to preserve its quality for a longer time. The style of the painting will be similar to recent landscape paints I have done before (shown below).

$250 for Supplies: exterior paints, varnish, mural board, sanding materials, hardware, brushes

$1,750 for an estimated 50 hours of painting (this is a set price that will not change if more time is needed). On rare occasions the painting time goes quicker than estimated, if this happens I will lower the price accordingly. Instalation of mural on Friday, July 24th.

Total Price: $2000

I require 50% of the total cost upfront. The remaining 50% will be invoiced upon completion and due within 2 weeks of that date.
